Enjoy little things in life, for one day you’ll look back and realize they were the big things!
Tomorrow is not promised. Recall 25th April, 2015! The largest scale of earthquake hit Nepal, taking the lives of many. Lives were lost so did lives of many people. Did those 15 year old know that they were going to not live to be 16?
Life is not promising. People work really hard, not enjoying simpler moments of their lives, in a verge of retiring in their early 40s. However, tomorrow is not promised! You do not know if you will live to survive tomorrow or not! Do not compromise with your present. Life gives you plenty of smaller moments, travel when you can, perhaps, try new food, be courageous to take those risks that you have never taken. Love unconditionally and let go of things that is holding you back.
In a verge of retiring at your 40s, do not forget to live your 20s and 30s. We must have heard, Even to make right decision you have to make multiple wrong ones. Party when you are in college, go wild and it’s ok! It would not look pretty for your health when you are a party animal when you are in your 30s.
Built your network when you are younger, nobody will have time, not even you will have time when you are older and travel when you have the opportunity, when you have the opportunity. You sure will earn enough money to survive and live when you are older but you will never meet those people along the way. Learn different culture now as opposed to learning when you are old.
When you make these decision when you are younger it will be easier to separate between right and wrong later.
Enjoy the childhood of your children or the children around with you, along with them. I remember a quote from Barbara Johnson’swho was an American literary critic and translator“ “to be in your children’s memories tomorrow, you have to be in their lives today”.
So, enjoy each and every moment. Times does not wait for anyone, do not spend your time making so much money. You would survive not becoming a millionaire. But moments like these are to cherish and memories to remisens later in life.
